Returns

If something is wrong, we put it right.

Our promise covers mistakes: a wrong piece, a damaged piece, or a parcel that never arrives. A change of mind is not a return.

Wrong, damaged or lost: a refund or a replacement, at the store's cost.

Change of mind: not a return.

What counts

Wrong, damaged or lost.

A wrong piece is one that does not match the order: the wrong size, colour, world or artwork. A damaged piece arrived broken, marked or unusable. A lost parcel never arrived, or the courier has closed it as lost.

Change of mind

A change of mind is not a return.

If the piece is right but you no longer want it, it is not a return. Please read the piece's own page before you buy, so the size, colour and materials are clear.

How to start

Tell us what went wrong.

Write to the house with your order number and, where it helps, a photograph. We reply with the next step and cover the return carriage ourselves.

To be set by the store: the return window, the returns address and the address for return messages.

What happens next

Nothing is deducted for our mistake.

Once the piece is back with us, we refund what you paid to the same card, or send a replacement if you prefer.

To be set by the store: how long a refund takes to appear.
