[Top rail line — client wording to come]

Privacy

Privacy.

What the store keeps, why it keeps it, and how to ask for it back or removed. The legal wording is still being written.

This page is a shell. The privacy wording must come from the client and her adviser, and must name every service that touches a buyer's data.

What we keep

Only what an order needs.

A name, an email address and a delivery address; the pieces you have bought; and the messages you send the house.

To be set by the store: the list of information collected, in the client's own wording.

Why we keep it

To take the order and answer you.

To take and deliver an order, to answer your messages, and to keep the records the law asks a seller to keep.

To be set by the store: the legal basis for each use.

Who helps us

The services behind the store.

Card payments run through Stripe. Order messages run through Brevo. Letters run through MailPoet. Parcels run through the courier the house names.

To be set by the store: the courier named for deliveries, and any data agreements.

How long

Kept only as long as needed.

Order records are kept for the period the law requires. Letters are kept until you unsubscribe.

To be set by the store: the exact retention periods.

Your choices

Ask for a copy, a correction or a removal.

Write to the house and we will answer with what we hold, correct it, or remove it where the law allows.

To be set by the store: the address that handles data requests.
